Our client a leading International Bank is looking for the Business Analyst. Prepare business cases for new developments and products.

Descriptions:

• Works in collaboration with global stakeholders (Product, Operation and Information Technology teams) to define business requirements for supporting new products and services.
• Influence and manage stakeholders and sponsor relationships in leading the change and achieving the benefits.
• Facilitate stakeholders through decisions, consulting them, influencing them and by resolving conflicts and disagreement etc.
• Appeal to customer's viewpoint in order to understand and deliver the most beneficial solutions.
• Propose IT solution according to the business requirements.

Skills Requirements:

• Degree holder in computer science, business or related discipline.
• Experience in business analysis, project management, system development and support.
• Solid experience in the area of Cash Management or Custody.
• Stakeholder management and engagement (projects teams, business teams, IT teams).
• Ability to interpret how/where technical changes will create operation or client impacts for the business user.
• Proficient in Agile / DevOps development models.
